My name is Emille and I’m the baker behind Delícia Bakery Co., a Brazilian-born dessert maker based in Southern California. My love for baking started at home, inspired by the flavors and traditions I grew up with in Brazil—rich, comforting, and always made to bring people together.

I’m a self-taught baker at heart, but I’ve also refined my skills through baking classes that helped me turn passion into technique and consistency. That mix of instinct and training is what shapes everything I create today.

At Delícia Bakery Co., I focus on desserts that feel special without being complicated—custom cakes, cupcakes, cake slices, Bundt cakes, and dessert shooters designed for all kinds of celebrations.
